We’re searching for an Email Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. As our Email Marketing Manager, you will be detail-oriented, results-driven, and eager to learn. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team that executes inbound and outbound email campaigns while contributing to overall product strategy, sales support, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, team player, adaptable, and comfortable with a fast-paced start-up workplace. We are looking for someone to grow with us.

The successful candidate will:
- Build, test, and deploy inbound and outbound email campaigns on behalf of our clients. HTML and CSS experience preferred
- Optimize email recipient journey maps
- Oversee and manage email vendor agreements and relationships
- Ensure that emails adhere to general best practices and are CAN-SPAM compliant
- Manage and develop Email Specialists to assist in daily execution of department’s workload. Hire as needed
- Compile and present detailed reporting on email performance and email attributed conversions
You will need:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
- Two (2) years of experience in an email marketing role, preferably with experience managing a team
- Experience using automation chains, dynamic segmentation, dynamic content, and A/B testing
