Position Overview for the Site Support Administrator:
- Provide Over-the-Shoulder On-Site Support
- Attend Daily Meetings
- Report Key Issues/Trends/Resolutions from Offices
- Identify Trends
- Track Daily Interactions
- Hold Daily On-site Meetings with Staff
- Work and Communicate with Other Site Support Staff and Project
Required Skills for the Site Support Administrator:
- Must have Integrated Eligibility experienceCase management, child welfare, TANF, SNAP, Mediciad, etc helping people enroll in these!
- Previous training or site support experience (virtual or in person)
- Over-the-Shoulder Troubleshooting
- Competent Microsoft office (Word, excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, MS Teams
