Responsibilities:
The ETS Help Desk Representative works collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to research, analyze and validate issues and inquiries. The Help Desk has both a technical and functional role. The majority of the calls will be functional in nature.
- Managing incoming calls, voicemail, and emails.
- Research, identify, and specify solutions to problems.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Speed/accuracy related to data entry/typing
- Ability to research and resolve inquiries
- Ability to read and comprehend moderately complex documents
- Ability to be self-driven
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic
- Strong people skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and assignments
- Strong ability to multi-task and navigate through multiple systems while handling a single phone call.
- Collaborative approach to people, flexibility and responsiveness.
- Help Desk experience
- Excellent fluency in language to be supported English
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from three-year College or technical school with an emphasis in electronics required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
