STATUS: Non-exempt, regular part-time, 40 hours per week
Job Summary and Scope of Responsibility: Perform high-level, complex and special project tasks related to electronic banking services. Serve as subject matter expert and provide guidance in absence of supervisor.

- Monitor set-up, audit and maintenance of ACH, RDC, Positive Pay and Cash Management accounts and client files.
- Assign and audit Relationship Pricing Analysis (RPA) maintenance.
- Reconcile settlement and work-in-progress accounts.
- Perform or assist with the performance of critical unit functions and special projects.
- Provide subject matter support to unit and department functions.
- Assist with the training of department employees.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of procedural documentation.
- Directly handle escalated calls or situations that are problematic or complex.
Minimum Qualifications to Perform Essential Functions
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Professional and service-oriented customer service skills.
- Strong leadership skills in banking.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply applicable electronic banking rules and regulations.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve account/transaction problems.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills; aptitude for detail and organization.
- Ability to independently identify and adapt to changes in priorities.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Ability to perform essential job functions independently, under minimal supervision.
- Professional verbal communication skills; proficiency at speaking, reading and writing English.
Experience and/or Education:
- Two years of experience in deposit operations - front or back office.
- One year of supervisory experience, preferred.
- Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification is a plus!
