Job Title: Electrical Engineering Manager

Marsh Bellofram Group based in Newell, WV, just outside of the Pittsburgh, PA Metro area, consists of multiple industry leading brands focused on industrial control and measurement. We are experiencing strong growth and need to expand our team. Products include gas pressure regulators, gauges, high precision pneumatic controls, engineered rubber and silicone components, critical space motor protection and industrial process timing IOT based instruments. Our customers are in a wide array of markets such as energy, manufacturing, water treatment, utilities, medical, aerospace and defense.

Summary: This role is a working manager position, accountable for new product development and technical support on a group of electrical products with industry established brands and advanced technology. Products include wireless cloud-based data collecting and analyzing devices, three phase monitors, and electronic controlled pneumatic regulators. Products are primarily manufactured in our facility in WV, but also at our plant in China and partner contract manufacturers. We are about to embark on significant investment in retooling the entire business and need an ambitious engineering manager to drive this initiative.

Responsibilities:

1. Take the lead in the development of new products for our family of IIOT (Industry Iot) data monitoring eco system. Develop concepts and transform to finished product. Determine technical specifications, and make final design decisions.

2. Drive continuous improvement for the existing products and work with product management on specific customer requests. Drive expansion of existing electrical product lines as new applications for existing products come up regularly.

3. Work with domestic and international contract designing firms and manufacturers to drive automation efforts within the factory.

4. Represent the Company at industry trade events and conferences as the de facto expert in the area of critical electronic instrumentation.

5. Regularly provide mentorship to engineers in lower levels.

6. This position reports to the Engineering Director.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a Master’s Degree, preferred

2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in electronic hardware and firmware designing and manufacturing electronic control, temperature/pressure sensing devices and electrical control devices. (Similar product experience is acceptable)

3. Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management.

4. Knowledge of wireless protocols such as Wifi, BLE, ZIGBEE, etc.

5. Willing to travel internationally

6. Knowledge of AWS cloud service is a plus
