Your Role

As a Learning and Development eLearning Content Designer with Evergreen Nephrology, you influence instructor-led and online learning to promote the learning and engagement of employees using innovative and creative approaches to content builds. With an appreciation of best practices for adult learning, you will leverage technology to reach a wide variety of audiences including clinical and non-clinical staff as well as company leaders through collaboration with subject matter experts.

Primary functions for the eLearning Content Designer include:

  • Develop training design in three core areas of learning including onboarding, orientation, and on-the-job training.
  • Work collaboratively and regularly with clinical educators to execute on a cohesive onboarding and continued learning employee experience.
  • Build out innovative learning opportunities to engage and excite employees.
  • Explore additional technology recommendations to support a robust and unique experience.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders for content and ensure high levels of quality and satisfaction with each encounter.
  • Work with team to weave a consistent employee experience into all learning activities.
  • Partner with LMS Administrator to deploy training.
  • Using various course authoring tools (ie. Articulate, Vyond, Captivate), adapt trainings into robust and engaging online courses as needed.
  • Creation of supportive resources to support learning.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards.

How You Qualify

  • You have completed a field of study appropriate for this position such as a Bachelor's degree or higher in Instructional Design, Instructional technology, or related field.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in a Learning & Development department building blended learning programs.
  • Experience designing complex learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning modalities.
  • Experience developing content for clinical audiences a plus.
  • You have proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and general technological savviness.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience interfacing with high-level executives and key stakeholders at various levels in the organization.
