This role is a remote position and can be based anywhere within the United States.

We will count on you to:

  • Work with Early Career Leaders / Managers in the development and delivery of end-to-end early career framework, programs and processes, including formal graduate, apprenticeship and interns programs as well as non-programmatic early career pipeline initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Global Early Career team, and TD COE, in the development of talent and learning approaches and materials by gathering and analyzing, diagnostic assessment, SME input, information, data, reports and user experience feedback.
  • Organizes early career initiatives and events by managing logistics such as, creating and delivering communication, gathering, developing, and distributing pre-work materials (with review from program managers) for attendees, and coordinating trainers and coaches to ensure successful implementation of programs.
  • Performs data collection activities, including preparing and distributing assessments, surveys and qualitative feedback, and compiles results in order to measure program/project needs, performance and colleague satisfaction.
  • Research industry trends and approaches to generate and/or adjust talent and learning content for review by program leads / managers and develop awareness of business trends in learning and development and talent/performance management.
  • Supports the drive for enterprise-wide standardization of talent programs, while allowing for region / business-specific nuances where necessary.

  • BA/BS required / equivalent international academic background or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience within a project or program management focused position.

  • Technical Experience: In talent management and / or learning and development practices.
  • Technical Experience: Experience in a global matrixed organization; preferably a professional services firm.
  • Experience working with projects dealing with the emerging talent population.
