We are actively looking a new member for our team that has keen attention to detail, accuracy, speed, and the desire to do everything with excellence. These team members focus would be primarily directed towards our partnering companies with Amazon, Lowes, Walmart, Wayfair, Home Depot, and Houzz.
Primary roles are onboarding new product listings, improving old listings, maintaining our big customer relations and seeking out new ways to improve old processes.
Training will be provided.
Employees are expected to have a great attitude, strong work ethic, be flexible and able to adapt to a fast paced environment and display a continual willingness to grow. Responsibilities include:
- Listing our products on big customer sites like Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, etc.
- Making improvements to current listings
- Coordinating solutions with big customers
- Maintaining a positive experience for the customer
- Answering incoming customer questions via phone or live chat
- Responding to emails in a timely manner
- Finding ways to improve our processes
- Being all-around awesome
- Finding ways to grow our business
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
