Bounce Ohio is looking for multiple driver helpers/assistants to join our team. We work hard, but have a laid back atmosphere. As a driver helper you will need to be able to do some occasional heavy lifting and have the ability to hammer stakes into the ground. If you're schedule is limited such as you can only work 2-3 days a week, we'd still love to hear from you. Also, if you have a school schedule that is fine too.

What we are looking for:

• Must be punctual, being on time is important
• Heavy lifting on occasion
• Ensure tents and inflatables are set up and anchored properly
• A positive attitude and a team player
• Must be able to work some weekends
• 16 years old or older with reliable transportation to work

Typical work schedule and day:

On delivery days you will assist the driver in loading up the truck. We have a checklist for every truck so you will know what to load. You then drive (as a passenger) to your set up locations. There you will help the driver set up. A typical set up takes 20-45 minutes or so. Then, on to the next one. You get paid for down time in between deliveries and pick ups. Some evenings or days you will also be picking up. In that case you are just helping the Drivers pull stakes, wrap up extensions and roll the inflatables and sometimes a small tent. This is typically done Friday-Monday, you typically wouldn't work all 4 days straight unless you're wanting the hours.

On cleaning days we typically work a half day. We blow up the inflatables and vacuum, dry (if needed) and sanitize them. This is typically done during the week.
