Job Summary

IRI, a thriving non-profit that supports people with developmental disabilities, is seeking a responsible driver to join our team. As a driver you will transport adults with developmental disabilities between our programs and into the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and reliable transportation to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilityes to and from their programs
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and upkeep, including timely reporting to supervisor of any problems with the vehicle
• Complete daily vehicle logs
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required

About You

You are the ideal candidate for this role if you have a passion for helpting others and enjoy driving.

• You have a high school diploma
• You have a valid NYS driver's license in good standing issued for more than one year. Having a CDL license is highly preferable.
• You are reliable and organized
• You are a team player
