SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
The role of Revit Designer is responsible for the production of drawings and specifications for various projects of the Diboll branch. This is a hybrid position working from home 2/5.

Who You Are: As the ideal candidate for this role, you are someone who can:
- Collaborate with Company departments to produce building code compliant construction drawings .
- Coordinate with other disciplines (Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing , etc. ) to ensure construction drawing s obtain jurisdiction approvals .
- Identify and communicate significant issues that arise during the drawing process with the proper department .
- Maintain awareness of building codes to e nsure compliance with building regulatory standards .
- Ensure projects adhere to ISO Quality system standards .
- Effectively communicate with necessary departments to confirm accuracy of drawings, material take-off selections/quantities, equipment installations, detailed specifications, and opportunities for improvement .
- Ensure quality standards meet both client and departmental requirement .
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient with CAD Systems; Autodesk products (Revit) .
- Superior organizational, interpersonal, time-management and planning skills .
- Self-starter and highly motivated .
- Proficient using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint .
- Experience in traditional and/or permanent modular design experience a plus .
Education and Experience:
- Dra f ting Technology Certificate is desired ; related experience in lieu of education will also be considered
- M inimum of two years of Residential, Commercial, or Modular industry experience is required
- F ive year s of general drafting experience is required
- O ne year of Revit experience is required
