Manager - Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Develop, implement and manage agency-wide Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, specifically education, language access, and programmatic initiatives. Ideal candidate will demonstrate confidence in interpersonal and group facilitation and possess cultural humility with a commitment to ongoing learning and self-reflection.
Responsibilities:
- Develop/facilitate agency training to promote a culture of belonging
- Supervise of DEI Coordinators and trainers
- Plan/execute key programmatic initiatives
- Partner with Human Resources to advise on strategies to reach diverse candidates
- Oversee Employee Affinity Networks groups
- Serve as the point person for language access approval and processes
- Formulate and co-write DEI policies with a key focus on attracting, retaining and promoting a diverse workforce
Requirements:
- A combination of three years of related experience and education will be considered, including preparation, implementation, and facilitation of training and diversity initiatives
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Direct experience working successfully with diverse populations to support belonging and culture change
Structure:
- Full-time (37.5 hours)
