District Facilities Supervisor Job at Grand Haven Area Public Schools
Pay: Based on Experience
Schedule: 1.0 FTE
Full time / 12 month position
Applicants for this position must meet the following criteria:
1. Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additional related education preferred. Five (5) years experience in maintenance and custodial operations required.
2. Demonstrated ability to direct the work of all maintenance and cleaning personnel in a positive manner.
3. Must have extensive knowledge about maintenance and general repair.
4. Must be able to work effectively with members of Administration and other employees of the school system.
5. Must have experience in budget administration.
6. Must have good public relations and communication skills.
7. Education in computer and PC skills. Must be familiar with software programs pertaining to heating, ventilation and mechanical building operations and maintenance.
8. Must have 2 years supervisory experience in a similar working environment.
9. Responsibilities occasionally require working evenings and weekends.
