This position is responsible for management and oversight of a retail medical cannabis dispensary operating under licensure from the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services.

• Perform basic personnel administration duties including interviewing, hiring, orienting, training, assigning work, scheduling, disciplining, and dismissing of employees as per the General Managers assessment and approval;
• Provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance evaluations. Coach and motivate the team members to top performance and exceptional customer service;
• Mediate conflict resolution between employees and/or customers.
• Oversee and assist in daily store operations in accordance with the CCRI’s Standard Operating Procedures;
• Ensure compliance of relevant statutes, regulations, directives, company policies and procedures. Provide direction and guidance to all employees on company programs and strategic initiatives.
• Manage and maintain all aspects of the BioTrackTHC seed-to-sale software;
• Establishing and maintaining a collaborative working relationship with state regulators;
• Ensure daily operations of sales, logging of product, transferring of product, ordering product and supplies, money handling and cash reconciliation, daily reporting of sales, weekly inventory reconciliation, project tracking, etc., are compliant with CCRI’s protocols;
• Protect patient rights by overseeing the employee HIPAA education program and ensure each employee maintains the confidentiality and privacy of protected health information (“PIN”) and financial information;
• Reporting and addressing issues and concerns to executive leadership consistent with company policies and procedures;
• Collaborate with other company managers and executive team to ensure consistent inventory and services across company dispensaries;
• Strive for patient satisfaction in all respects and ensure a patient-friendly environment; and
• Perform such other functions as directed by executive leadership and the general manager.
