NSE is looking for an empathetic, communicative and compassionate support professional to join our team as a Dispatcher/Customer Support Representative. This is an in office position, remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate must have enthusiasm for customer service and understand the requirements of genuine customer commitment.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate information and creating a positive customer experience
  • Schedule service appointments with customers
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • May be asked to participate in special projects related to department.
  • Good aptitude in solving customer service issues.
  • Exercises professional telephone procedures and e-mail correspondence skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player and build rapport with the Service team.
  • Multitask oriented.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in Dispatching
  • 2+ years of experiense in Customer Service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
