Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Be friendly, accurate and have a great attitude
• Candidate must be excellent communicator (written and spoken) Basic math skills.
• Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment
• Form a good understanding of customer’s urgent HVAC, plumbing & electrical needs
• Communicate with empathy and operate with urgency, while maintaining a professional and polite phone manner
• Make outbound calls
• Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
• Book incoming service requests for homes in the Hampton Roads area. Services to include plumbing, electrical, HVAC and generator repairs and installation. Representatives must do whatever necessary to promote customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Customer service experience 2+ year preferred but not required
• Enjoy a positive work environment
• Exceptional and positive communication skills
• Customer Service experience.
• Patience
• Good computer skills
• Good listening skills
• Ability to multitask
• Comfortable working under pressure
