Washing dishes at a professional level is different than in your own kitchen. You are responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of dishes, serve ware, equipment, etc. In addition, you may perform other serviceable duties as assigned all while having fun!

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Adhere to company standards and service levels (all policies, procedures, guidelines and expectations)
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station
• Maintain cleaning supplies and request new orders from management when necessary
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils
• Sanitize the kitchen areas, including the floor, using company sanitation policies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to pass a 10-year criminal background check to qualify for employment
• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Exceptional time management skills
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

May frequently need to work holidays, weekends and nights. Hours will vary depending on the business and staffing needs. Be able to work on your feet for long periods of time. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing up to 25 lbs., as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion. Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment
