At The Summit, our Dishwashers are instrumental in keeping business flowing smoothly and efficiently. Our entire staff rely on you to keep dishes and cookware sparkling clean to enhance our guest's dining experience.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?
- Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
- Maintaining a clean kitchen and sparkling dishware
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher
- Placing and storing clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in storage areas
- Participating in daily kitchen and food prep
- Adhering to all company and health department food safety procedures
- Properly and safely operating kitchen equipment
- Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Prior Dishwasher experience a plus, but not required
- Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
- Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
- Communicates effectively
- Sense of urgency and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
- 16 + Years of Age
- Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends
Rate of Pay:
- Min $12.56 / Max $15.00
