Join our team as a Disa Melt and Mold Utility member in Randolph, Vermont at Hearth & Home Technologies, and help us make the famous Vermont Castings brand stoves, as well as others. Our Utility members are responsible for assisting in the operation of the department by serving as a backup to various production members and providing informal leadership to work teams regarding assignments, schedules, operating procedures and improvement opportunities. This role is the ‘go-to’ member to keep daily production goals on track by being versatile enough to jump in and assist nearly any work cell and support non-standard processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience of melting / molding process
- Previous machine shop experience
- Ability to perform setup operations for Drill Press
- Ability to perform setup operations for CNC Machine
- Become proficient in all aspects of foundry cast iron molding process
