Pay Range: $131,000-$186,000

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

• Set the vision for the TSI Supply Planning team and own supply and capacity planning for all TSI producing locations to actively drive continuous improvement.
• Identify issues and opportunities within Supply Planning and its partners to understand root causes as well as define sustainable solutions.
• Establish and drive data driven process improvements within the supply chain which include initiatives to reduce end-to-end supply chain lead-time and costs while improving service
• Establish, measure, and meet key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to the supply chain and ensures delivery in terms of service and costs
• Manage S&OE and S&OP Supply processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement as business needs change
• Ensure ongoing collaboration with Network partners to confirm alignment on TSI supply chain strategy and priorities to improve flexibility and responsiveness across the supply chain.
• Drive development and enhancement of innovative and collaborative planning tools, sharing and influencing adoption of best practices across business.
• Develop talent within the department, coaches, sets goals, prioritizes resources and holds employees accountable
• Build alignment cross-functionally and influence up to senior leadership.
• Demonstrate Leadership competencies and a high degree of accountability.
• Develop advanced planning & inventory management capabilities to meet the needs & complexity the business.
• Transition between mid-long term strategic thinking and near-term tactical requirements/development to meet the goals of the organization.
• Indirectly lead plant Material Managers in initiatives to assist in driving standardized planning processes and procedures to delivery continuous improvements in fulfilling manufacturing net requirements.
• Define, design, and execute vendor planning collaboration processes for raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor Days Forward Cover and Weeks of Supply levels to ensure that inventory is available by location to support projected demand.
• Develop Multi-echelon inventory capabilities and coordinate activities across multiple manufacturing sites and distribution centers to improve product availability and customer service levels.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

• BA/BS with an emphasis in Business Operations or Supply Chain, or other job-related field or equivalent business experience is required.
• 10+ years Supply Chain experience with 3+ years management experience.
• Proficiency with desktop applications, including advanced Excel skills.
• Extensive experience with ERP & Planning systems and exposure to Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
• Project management, problem solving, process mapping and leadership skills.
• Experience in the development and management of annual operating plans and operating budgets.
