This position is a responsible for leading the strategic vision of our clients in the programmatic channel while leading a team of programmatic traders within the agency. This individual will work closely with our programmatic team and other internal team members across various departments. This role will be the face of programmatic in front of our clients and positively represent the team within the agency.

Comprehensively manage our programmatic initiatives
Effectively communicate the subject matter with our clients and internal teams.- Can, when necessary be hands on to support the programmatic team
- Work collaboratively with our Digital Media Strategy and Digital Video leaders to provide strategic, audience and channels recommendations
- Apply a technical expertise with digital tools and services to fuel campaign management and efficacy
- Execute and optimize programmatic campaigns, looking for opportunities across all major DSPs including TTD, DV360, Roku, Amazon, and others
- Develop direct response and brand-building recommendations utilizing the best mix of programmatic best practices and strategies specific to the client and industry
- Act as the channel SME for new business pitches.
- Stay current with the latest media, data, and technology offers within the digital space.
- Manage client expectations and prioritize deliverables with the support of the programmatic team.
Establish and growth partnerships with internal and external teams
Represent programmatic within internal and external meetings as the channel SME- Implement best practices and collaborate to drive results across programmatic channels, including digital video/OTT, display, native, and audio
- Work closely with our offline team to develop and execute integrated media campaigns, particularly with OTT media opportunities
Effectively manage your teams workload
- Efficiently delegate and execute assigned tasks and manage responsibilities across the team to ensure quality of work
- Maintain high quality of work and consistently adhere to agency process and templates
- Contribute and participate with the ongoing growth of the greater media team including leading training sessions
What makes a great Director, Programmatic at our agency?
6+years of hands-on digital programmatic media execution experience within multiple DSPs- Experience managing programmatic traders from assistant to supervisor levels
- Agency experience highly preferred
- Technical knowledge of ad server set up and trafficking
- Experience with reporting, tracking, and developing campaign insights
- Detailed budget management
- Creative problem solver
- Strong project management skills
- Paid Search and Paid Social experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office strengths in Excel and PowerPoint are a must!
