Oversee and manage sales team to maximize revenue, promotional coverage and marketing opportunities are achieved.
Main Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain and promote a teamwork environment with clear and effective communication amongst co-workers
- Ensure exceptional guest service is being given by the team to all potential and actual guests as well as to co-workers
- Work with sales managers on sales strategy and effective implementation of strategies for each segment
