Job Title: Director of Sales

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Sales will strategically manage our sales team aligned to company goals, grow geospatial sales, and be rewarded for it.
Responsibilities
- Manage, direct, and lead sales activities and staff through strategic and effective coaching, training, and planning.
- Provide clear direction and regular feedback while managing the day-to-day activities of your team.
- Strategically align sales and marketing activities in consultation with the Marketing Manager.
- Utilize experience to write RFP responses in the government and private markets.
- Review Salesforce to track all relevant information (pipeline, opportunities, forecasts, KPI’s, goals).
- Write and drive capture plans (Sales scopes) to capture opportunities.
- Engage in thought leadership, helping to forecast sales/revenue and build a great sales organization.
- Assign and/or participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
