We are a San Francisco based company funded by prominent silicon valley venture capital firms. System2 founders Dilan Dane & Yuran Lu are ex-MIT serial entrepreneurs who've previously built and sold companies to Google, Dropbox etc.

Your role

We are looking for a world class sales leader & operator to help us build our sales & account management team. At System2, Client Relationship Executives (CRX) are responsible for building partnerships with top fitness influencers and supporting them through building a thriving digital fitness business. You'll be taking on the critical role of leading and growing the CRX organization.

On a day to day basis you will be,

  • Manage, motivate and develop a rapidly growing CRX team with focus on strong sales performance and excellent customer service.

  • Develop and execute an ambitious growth strategy.

  • Design processes for hiring, training, and performance management of CRXs.

  • Design processes for our CRX team to provide excellent timely support to influencer partners.

  • Define and track KPIs for the sales org.

  • Rapidly acquire knowledge related to changing social media and other relevant marketing trends and shape internal processes to take advantage.

  • Have built and managed a sales team at a fast-growing startup.

  • Have excellent operations skills with minute attention to detail.

  • Have strong analytical skills and are data driven.

  • Revel in systems and processes design for scaling organizations.

  • Have excellent communication skills and are good at motivating your organization.

  • Have a solid grasp of sales fundamentals and deeply care about customer service.

  • Have a solid understanding of social media trends and influencer economy.

  • Deeply care about having impact through health and fitness personally.
