POSITION SUMMARY
CCMC is looking for a skilled Director of Program to successfully execute projects and initiatives for our business units at Pier 17. You must be detail-oriented and a master collaborator, ready to prepare, plan and implement program initiatives and monitor their progress to completion.
The Director of Program will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and overseeing all details of a company’s operation and programs. You monitor the budget, create F&B programs, deal with stakeholders, and develop better business practices within all CCMC business units at Pier 17.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate and set goals for programs based on the organization’s strategic objectives
- Plan programs from start to finish, including identifying processes, deadlines and milestones
- Suggest innovative plans and processes to improve program functions
- Develop work systems and processes that effectively drive productivity
- Suggest and assist with creating marketing initiatives to increase awareness of the program
- Creating budgets, guidelines, and other business-related documents for the program
- Drafting reports on operations and plans for stakeholders.
- Acting as a liaison and spokesperson for the program
- Provide strategic vision and strong leadership while directing programs
- Determining new projects, programs, and initiatives for the organization, ensure programs always support and advance the organization's mission
- Must be able to maintain a schedule availability flexible to the business demands
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Operate ethically to protect the assets and image of the company
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as per business need
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required in a related field, prior experience in Hospitality/F&B industry highly preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience managing budgets for multiple projects
- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Forward-thinking mindset, strategic experience, and planning skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs; Ability to stand for prolong periods of time and climb steps regularly.
- Ability to physically maneuver through work areas; bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.

COMPENSATION
The base pay range for this position is $100,000.00-$125,000.00. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc
