Manage all tech, marketing, and productivity systems and their integration and implementation for a busy leading real estate team.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to make a massive contribution to the team's success and can start part-time as a contractor, and evolve with team growth into full-time activity. Some on-site presence is needed in our Sparta or Wayne, NJ, office. But many functions can be done remotely.

$20 - $60 per hour DOE

• Manage 3rd party hosted and custom proprietary websites
• Monitor agent and staff performance using our CRM
• Assist Director of Client Care with team transaction management systems (previous experience with KW Command a plus)
• Integrate and manage all team marketing initiatives by marketing manager and consultants (including community events, listing promotion, print, and traditional marketing, social media posts, video, blog, digital advertising, etc.)
• Improve and maintain sales productivity systems. Track performance and manage accountability
• Manage KPIs and Google Analytics for all PPC and all marketing campaigns across all platforms
• Assist team leaders in the development and execution of annual business and marketing plans
• On-board all new team members on all technology and manage systems needs for team expansion

• Previous experience working in a residential real estate-related business (NJ Real Estate license a plus)
• Knowledge of Northern NJ towns and communities and commuting patterns into NYC
• Google Certified and/or significantly demonstrated previous experience with building and maintaining custom websites (including SEO enhancement), Google Business Pages, etc.
• Previous experience customizing CRMs (such as Salesforce, Commissions Inc., or Follow-up Boss)
• In-depth knowledge and past experience customizing and implementing productivity tools (such as Trello, Monday, Asana, Evernote, Click-up, or Notion)
• Previous Experience with 3rd party real estate web hosting services (such as Sierra Interactive, BoomTown, Brivity, Chime, Command, Follow-up Boss, IXACT, Kunversion, KV Core, Placester, Real Geeks, Tiger Leads, Ylopo, or similar)
• Compensation commensurate with previous experience. Paid college internship will also be considered for an exceptional candidate looking for a longer-term growth opportunity
