Our organization is seeking a Director of Nursing to join our progressive and innovative team. The area under the Director of Nursing's responsibility includes ensuring that our senior population is cared for in a manner that is consistent with the organization's mission. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a strong leader, experienced in geriatric nursing, and committed to a career in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Develop policies and procedures to improve patient care.
- Supervise and manage nursing staff.
- Implement patient care plans.
- Handle and resolve problems with patients, their families, and nursing staff.
- Manage budgets of nursing home facilities.
- Manage government-licensed facilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $91,000.00 per year
