What you will be doing:

• Providing centralized coordination of marketing and brand development across all properties
• Leveraging internal resources, outside consultants, and vendors to expand the marketing capabilities as required
• Project managing the development and updating of websites, marketing collateral, and digital marketing campaigns
• Developing and implementing strategies for growth acquisition and distribution of content across multiple channels, including paid search & social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.), display, mobile, email marketing, and SEO in pursuit of overall audience growth

What you must have:

• 5-7 years experience marketing experience in the multifamily property management industry
• Experience leading and building the marketing department for a fast-growing company
• Long-term focus and a desire to work in a fast-paced, growing organization that seeks to revolutionize property management through technology
• Ability to self-develop capabilities using industry trends and tools
• Proven track record of delivering quality products to multiple clients simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree from 4-year accredited university required.
• Experience with Adobe Suite (photoshop + indesign)
• Google Ad words certification
