Join our team as we collectively provide the best care for our residents. We are looking to hire a dynamic, energetic, and exceptional Director of Maintenance for our skilled nursing facility. We need a self-starter, skilled at communication, and someone who is a positive motivator.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of maintenance
- Maintaining and coordinating department operations and personnel
- Inspecting equipment and facility for performance, safety, and upkeep
- Maintaining maintenance staff schedules and responsibilities
- Maintaining records or all repairs, warranties, and inspections
- Guarentee that all maintenance work is in accordance with legal standards
- Ensure the completion of all needed repairs and updates
- Have the ability to respond to emergency calls
Requirements:
- Must have at least 1-year experience working at a skilled nursing facility as a Maintenance manager
- COVID-19 vaccination is required
