Director of Human Resources Job at Johnston Community School District
Johnston Community School District seeks an experienced and highly motivated human resources professional to serve as the Director of Human Resources. Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for oversight of recruiting and selection, employee relations programs and procedures, collective bargaining, evaluation processes and state/local and federal legal compliance related to the duties of this position.
Master's degree in Educational Administration, Human Resources, or related field required
A minimum of four years of related successful administrative or human resources experience required
Knowledge of Local, State and Federal laws and rules affecting public sector employment required
Salary range: $120,000 - $125,000
Days/Hours: Full-time, 260-day calendar, M-F, some non-traditional business hours required.
