We are searching for our new Director of Food and Beverage to begin as soon as possible!

Located in West Chester, PA, Radley Run Country Club is an active family centric full service country club. Our members and guests enjoy golf, racquets, swim and full service dining. Radley Run is growing and in the midst of our Renaissance capital plan that includes the construction of a new Clubhouse pictured below.

Our Director of F&B will be responsible for the daily operation of all food and beverage. As a hands-on leader, you will oversee the staff, plan and develop the food and beverage department, while managing operations within the financial plan and to the best member standards.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:

· Hiring and coaching of all the food and beverage team

· Responsible for developing training and onboarding practices that are effective, and deliver the member WOW!

· Has a strong “on floor” presence in both A la Carte and banquet operations, coaching to continuously improve and elevate service levels

· Works closely with the Private Events Manager to execute special events, meeting with members and guests prior to events as needed

Skills required:

· College degree preferred, but not required, with at least five-years of food and beverage management

· Knowledge of food and beverage in an upscale setting preferably in a private club

· Hospitality oriented who is outgoing, friendly, professional in appearance, and manner

· Proficient on Microsoft Office and in POS (Jonas experience preferred)

· Self starter, goal setter an results driven with good time management skills

· Team player and strong accountability traits

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Detailed oriented

· Available evenings, weekends and holidays
