Lead, develop and execute critical internal and external Financial Inclusion initiatives, inclusive of one or more partnerships and programs to drive segment growth across Truist footprint. Serve of the key lead to collaborate across multiple LOBs and partners to identify and integrate client focus initiatives that would advance financial inclusion for Emerging Markets.Directly manage and evaluate effectiveness of current and future partnerships, programs, and strategy in alignment to grow Truist households and advance financial inclusion.
Role can be remote within Truist footprint. Must come in office on hybrid schedule. Must be willing to travel 25% of the time within footprint.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead the execution and delivery of impactful initiatives and program for the Emerging Markets segment to advance Financial Inclusion, drive household growth and performance across channels in the line of business.
2. Manage the end-to-end relationship of key partnerships to ensure holistic integration and execution with segment priorities and strategies
3. Manage and evaluate initiatives execution and outcomes to key performance metrics of the segment short- and long-term goals and priorities. Execute strategic efforts to analyze, define, enhance, recommend, and implement ongoing client engagement strategies to advance financial inclusion for client and growth in the Emerging Markets segment.
4. Develop strong working partnerships with all major Lines of Business across Truist, including by not limited to Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Deposits, Lending and Mortgage Products to influence design and execution of initiatives to align with segment priorities.
5. Partner and collaborate with Senior Leadership Team in Emerging Markets to provide thought leadership, performance support; including key milestones, insights and priority items to help execute on strategic vision to advance financial inclusion and grow Truist.
6. Partner with strategic community-based organizations to development and create programs in support of segment growth.
7. Maintain strong working knowledge about industry, competitive, technological, and regulatory trends effecting key products, partnerships and/or segments.
8. Provide insights to opportunities & challenges; develop short and long-term policies, processes, and practices to remediate.
9. May manage a team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent financial services experience and related training
2. Five years of experience in retail banking programs, with leadership experience in strategy, marketing, product management, sales management or segment related experience
3. Project management and coordination skills demonstrated in a professional or financial services environment
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in interaction with senior management including the ability to influence strategy and decision making
5. Strong quantitative skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills including content creation
6. Advance Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Completion of Leadership Development Program or Banking School such as Truist Leadership Development Program
2. Five years of experience in analytical role within the financial services industry or other related business
