The Chief of Clinical Services is responsible for the administration and coordination of all clinical services including psychiatric, medical, and appropriate ancillary services. You will serve as Chief Administrator for all clinical services including psychiatric and physical health services in an inpatient psychiatric setting. You will also support and model understanding and integration of principles and value recovery and resiliency. In this position you will provide executive leadership and oversight for all clinical services and assure all applicable certification standards are met.
As a member of the Executive Management team, the Chief of Clinical Services participates in the Administrator-on-Call rotation for an assigned one-week period.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment.- Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
- Overtime and travel as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Three years of experience in the administration of a major clinical services program in the psychiatric or medical care and treatment of individuals with mental illness, in a psychiatric hospital, community psychiatric program, forensic treatment center or similar setting; and certification in psychiatry or other recognized medical specialty by the American Medical Board or American Osteopathic Board; or
- Three years of experience in the supervision of licensed physicians in a major clinical services program in the psychiatric or medical care and treatment of individuals with mental illness, in a psychiatric hospital, community psychiatric program, forensic treatment center or similar setting; and certification in psychiatry or other recognized medical specialty by the American Medical Board or American Osteopathic Board.
- Possession of a current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania issued by the State Board of Medicine or the State Board of Osteopathic Medicine.
- PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
- A conditional offer of employment will require satisfactory completion of a medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
