We are seeking a Director of Patient Outcomes to join our team!

Responsibilities

Directs the completion of the Patient Assessment Instrument for each rehabilitation inpatient. Provides clinical support in completion of data contained in the patient assessment (PAI) and Quality Indicator data for each patient to ensure accuracy in the scoring of functional status and reflection of the patient’s care needs. May direct Case Management Department, as needed. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.

Required Skills:

· Clinical license required (PT, OT, SLP, or RN preferred). Other licensure/certification to be considered based on appropriate qualifications.

· Two years recent experience in acute care setting preferred.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

· Demonstrable knowledge in all aspects of clinical care of the rehab patient

· Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.

· Demonstrates critical thinking skills.

· Effective organizational and time management skills.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to utilize concepts of age/developmental stages in interactions with patients and families

· Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.

· Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.

· Ability to work closely and professionally with others.

Total Compensation

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $123,007 - $167.289.

Pay: $98,800.00 - $146,827.00 per year
