About the job
The Director of Business Development works directly under the supervision of the EVP of Sales & Marketing to develop and implement a comprehensive Multi-State sales plan focused on new business and revenue/profit targets. This position is an individual contributor role that upholds the mission and values established by the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Duties and ResponsibilitiesOutbound focus on key decision makers. Sets aggressive outbound activity goals and meets individual KPI’s
Creates a comprehensive business plan to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.
Collaborates with internal Operational teams to ensure strong partnerships and client implementations
Strong social media presence and virtual selling skills, including, email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn, CRM utilization, among others
Builds proformance templates for revenue and profitability of individual client contracts.
Negotiation skills to ensure contract signature and execution. Protects ScribeAmerica’s value by keeping information confidential
Consistently pursues individual development related to business development
Collaborates with the Sales and Marketing team in weekly meetings and company initiatives
Attends conferences and trade shows, as requested by the company
Required Education and ExperienceThis position requires a Bachelor's degree with 5 years minimum sales experience in Healthcare, Healthcare staffing, or related field or other related B2B sales function
General understanding of Medical practices and Healthcare regulatory issues
Display exemplary work ethic, professionalism, and track record of success
Ability to establish and maintain productive partnerships both internally and externally
Display collaboration skills, organizational skills, communication proficiencies, technical capacity, and initiative, to achieve weekly/monthly/annual Key Performance Metrics
Ability to deliver high volume outbound activities to maintain a quality and diverse pipeline of opportunities

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time remote position. Employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.TravelTravel is expected for this position, as needed, for particular business transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
