Requirements

• Fosters relationship building and maintains a good rapport with community organizations and hospitals, which generate patient referrals and admissions in order to meet census building initiatives.
• Maintains an accurate facility census and knowledge of available beds;
• Achieves facility census goals and annual budget projections.
• Ensures prompt and professional response to internet based discharged planning software.
• Responsible for interviewing potential residents, guests and their representatives to collect accurate data on admission inquires, conducts facility tours, screens for proper placement in the facility.
• Reviews facility philosophy, policies and procedures and admission agreement.
• Coordinates all medical requirements and verifies financial eligibility prior to admission working in cooperation with the Nursing and Business Office.
• Completes all administrative paperwork timely.

This position with our nursing home earns a competitive salary of $50,000 to $60,000, depending on skills and experience.
