Director of Admissions Job at LINCOLN TECH
Lincoln Tech in Columbia, MD is seeking a Director of Admissions. You would provide leadership over student recruitment and conversion activities, by designing strategies and providing direction to the team. You would empower campus admission goals, supervise staff, and develop strong internal and external relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop a team of successful admissions representatives to recruit students to join our skilled trades programs
- Lead and cultivate an environment of teamwork, commitment, and ownership
- Provide staff training, development, and mentorship
- Direct the team to deliver company goals
- Collect, analyze, and use data to improve recruitment efforts
- Ability to use full range of electronic, social media, print, event, and personal contacts, to communicate with applicants
- Oversee the planning of events associated with recruitment and information for new and prospective students
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Management, Sales, Marketing, Business or Military Leadership
- Proficiency with current technology
