Play a central role in incubating new revenue opportunities for a rapidly growing, core area of focus for Fidelity.

The Team

As part the Emerging Products team, the Squad lead will lead the work to build and incubate new products. You will lead a cross functional product, design & technology team who’s mission is to continuously bring ideas from their concept stage to a pilot and a viable commercial offering. You will also work alongside Strategy teams early in the product lifecycle to help define the concepts & Go-To-Market teams later in the life-cycle to deploy the ideas in the market. In addition, the work will bring you in frequent contact with a wide variety of stakeholders throughout Fidelity, external contacts at potential vendors and partners, and other industry leaders and influencers.

The Expertise You Have

  • A bachelor’s degree is required, and an advanced degree is helpful
  • Meaningful experience in Health Care in a Payer / Provider / Digital Health setting is a must
  • 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience leading digital teams
  • Experience building mobile iOS /Android apps preferred
  • Operational experience with early stage design, development and rapid iteration in an Agile environment
  • Know how the health care industry works and conversant with regulations, competitive landscape, technology, and current trends is preferred

  • Strong negotiation skills with key players in the health care data ecosystem

In this role you will lead the organization’s structured and focused approach to sourcing and evaluating new opportunities to expand our footprint in the health care space. You will partner with a wide variety of stakeholders to bring the best and most innovative ideas to the forefront for consideration by senior leaders. You will develop a strong understanding of our brand, our products and our customers to inform where we have permission to play. You will know how to present & demonstrate a product in an elevator pitch, in a five-minute hallway chat, and in a dedicated session with senior executives. You are confident enough to understand that some of your best ideas will go nowhere for reasons beyond your control and redirect your energy to those that get traction. You will provide keen insights and advice on how to take the seed of an idea all the way through execution. You will be an effective advocate for our best ideas and a ruthlessly honest critic of the ones that are not so good. You are comfortable being challenged by senior leaders and know how to translate those questions and challenges into effective and impactful research. You represent the firm and our team well in discussions, including negotiations, with potential business partners.
