About the Opportunity:
DMI, LLC is seeking a Director-Cybersecurity Services to join our Enterprise Offerings (EO) organization. This organization maintains a deep understanding of all DMI offerings and capabilities including all Frameworks, Accelerators, Service Offerings and Solutions. This organization ensures and provides SME support for all high visibility customer facing activities, pre-sales, and proposal solutions. This organization provides industry thought leadership, develop whitepapers, presentation in industry events and conferences, analyst briefings, and technical demonstrations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Strategize, plan, and develop the DMI Cybersecurity services and offerings, including the processes and workflows, cybersecurity capabilities, technical solutions, frameworks, accelerators, case studies, and innovations.
  • Provide technical SME support to the pre-sales, capture, and proposal teams.
  • Keep abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, including new approaches to security, compliance requirements, and emerging threats and incorporate them into the EO.
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay current on the latest cyber security threats, vulnerabilities, and attack methods.
  • Responsible for evaluating and selecting Cybersecurity technology solutions: You will evaluate new technologies and solutions to determine which ones are the best fit for our customers' needs.
  • Attend and present at the industry events and conferences to promote DMI offerings and solutions.
Qualifications:

Qualifications

Degree: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred
Years of Experience: Minimum of 15 years of relevant Cybersecurity experience.

Required Skills/Certifications:

  • Possess a combination of deep knowledge of cybersecurity, excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic and innovative thinking, collaboration skills, and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Knowledge of the latest cybersecurity technologies, including network security technologies, endpoint security technologies, cloud security technologies, identity and access management (IAM) technologies, and zero-trust security strategies.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities by presenting technical solutions to potential clients and executive team
  • Hands-on experience with Cybersecurity technologies such as SEIM, SOAR, cloud security, security automation, and AI/ML cyber innovations.
  • Experience with designing and developing cyber policies and procedures to safeguard the organization's Cybersecurity threat posture.
  • Knowledgeable about the latest tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by threat actors, such as advanced persistent threats (APTs), nation-state actors, and criminal organizations.
  • Experience with implementing cyber risk and threat assessments, concept of operations (ConOps) for Cybersecurity operations, business continuity planning, emergency preparedness, disaster recovery planning, incident response, assessment & authorization, supply chain risk management, identity management, access control, vulnerability scanning, and other cyber security processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop cyber security offerings and solutions including corporate-level go-to-market business offerings and customized technical solutions that meet specific customer needs and objectives.
  • Cyber security certification (desired). You have earned one or more major, industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications. Certifications include CISSP, CISM, GSLC, and CISA.
