R&M Welty, Inc. is searching for positive, reliable, compassionate, and self-motivated individuals to join our team! We specialize in assisting vulnerable adults that live with persistent mental health in a group home setting. We provide our persons served with care, supervision, and assistance throughout their daily lives. Applicants should be comfortable working on behavior challenges and de-escalation. Applicants must be willing to learn and be adaptable.

Our mission is to offer a comprehensive, goal-directed model of active treatment to a wide variety of vulnerable adults with physical, mental, and emotional needs. We offer a safe comfortable home setting from which we support our persons served in their efforts to maintain a high quality and satisfaction of life.

We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions and multiple shift options (Monday - Sunday: 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, & 11:00pm-7:00am).

* $500 Sign On Bonus *

The primary responsibilities of this position are to work directly with vulnerable adults living with mental illnesses. DSPs must ensure the safety and well-being of the persons served at all times. Their communication skills, as well as their interpersonal and professional relationships should reflect the values of respect for others, honesty, patience, and compassion. DSPs will work with the persons served on active treatment services, daily living skills, administering medications, transporting persons served, communication and documentation, health and safety, and continued development.

Requirements:
Verified DHS Background Study Check

Valid Driver's License along with Driving Report Check

• Driving Report must be free of any major violations that would make you ineligible to be added to our auto insurance
