We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals in the Springfield, Bellows Falls, Chester area. Our Mission is to support people with intellectual disabilities to reach their full potential as valued, contributing members of their communities.

Direct Support Professionals; assist by creating and supporting opportunities for successful connections within communities, workplace, and homes. Supporting people to be safe and healthy, while encouraging individuals’ goals and preferences, helping them have a rewarding life. This unique role allows you to be active in your community, there are no specific degree requirements, we provide the necessary training. Candidates must show a strong ability to communicate, have a caring personality, boundless optimism, must be creative and dependable, with common sense and the desire to make our communities a better place.
