Full Job Description

We are seeking a Direct Care Professional to join our team at MARCH Inc. of Manchester! You will assist in the daily care of individuals with varying levels of need.

Responsibilities:

Direct Care Professionals Provide Assistance with Daily Activities and Ensure a Structured Routine That Includes:

• You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Medication distribution
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Client integration into the community
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment

Qualifications:

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone life
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• In-house paid training provided
• Valid CT driver's license

License/Certification:

• COVID Vaccine (Required)
• Medical Certification - Will train
• CPR & First Aid certifications must be successfully completed during the training and orientation period.

SCHEDULE:

Saturday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Sunday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Pay: $16.50 per hour
