Shift Available:

• 7am-3pm Full Time

Job Functions:

• Identifies, interprets, and enforces standards of care and staff compliance
• Directs and evaluates the orientation of new residential counselors in conjunction with the Assistant Program Director
• Communicates objective evaluation of direct care staff's job performance.
• Collaborates with Program Director in promoting staff growth, development, and a sense of cohesiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Valid (non-probationary) NJ or NY driver's license (driving is a requirement)
• 1 year of Direct Care Experience
• 1 year of supervising staff preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
