We are currently looking for Enhanced Floaters to join our Greater Bristol team! In this position, our direct care staff will be responsible for providing reinforcement and relief (R&R) to a designated group of programs that have been determined to require enhanced support.

- THUR & F 1P-10P, SAT 9A-9P (30 hours weekly)
Payrate:
- $20/hour
- Shift and weekend hourly incentives! ($2-$7 per hour)
What are the responsibilities of a Direct Care Floater?
Float as needed between several residential group homes- Helping with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene or cooking, bathing or toileting, and arranging and transporting residents to appointments.
- Participate in community activities such as sports, going to the movies, shopping, walking in the park, doing crafts, etc.
- Having maximum flexibility and willingness to pick up in our identified programs at the time
- Willingness to work in a collaborative capacity with programs experiencing staffing challenges and generating ideas to support the staffing challenge.
- Willing to work with diverse populations and willingness to adapt to different programs when needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license & vehicle
- Prior experience working with adults with disabilities preferred
- Comfortable and open to working with complex medical and behavioral needs
