Immediately Hiring a Digital Product Manager III - Fuel responsible for enterprise-level experiences that continually modernize 7-Eleven’s vast fuel business and provide industry-leading solutions, while simultaneously creating value for our customers, stores, franchisees, vendor partners, and the organization. As the largest retailer of fuel in the United States, this individual will be responsible for leading the industry across multiple aspects of the retail fuel technology space, and as such, this role will require a strategic thinker and tactical SME, with the ability to both conceptualize the future, and then deliver upon with excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the creation and delivery of a roadmap of features that support enterprise fuel business partners, constantly reassessing the roadmap to maximize value creation
• Provides guidance to technology and UX to ensure product goals are defined, measured, met, and exceeded
• Works in an agile fashion, constantly reassessing the landscape to ensure development efforts drive max value
• Is focused on ensuring strong test scenarios to minimize negative experiences once products are launched
• Is exceedingly data driven, pushing all parties to ground decision-making and verification in both the quantitative and qualitative (customer empathy) data
• Work closely with the Fuel Operations Business unit, supporting the Retail Fuels, Transportation, Wholesale Fuels, and Environmental Compliance departments in order to achieve their strategic objectives
• Works tightly with the Store Technology team to ensure seamless delivery of integrated store experiences
• A master at cross-functional management, working across many stakeholders at a multi-billion-dollar corporation to ensure that fuel initiatives receive support from all corners of the organization
• Is the SME within Digital on the needs of enterprise/HQ personnel, and vendor partners.
• Oversees the creation of infrastructure needed to support this technological shift once features deploy to production

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
• Experience: 3+ yrs, Product Management, Data Integration, Program Management, Retail Operations, Fuel Operations
• Expert level understanding of best-in-class technology product management process for enterprise products & back-end systems.
• 3+ years technology integration and program management experience having supported the entire product development cycle from concept to implementation.

*This role is based onsite in Irving, TX or Enon, OH. Can be Hybrid.
