Position Overview
The Bliss Group has an immediate opening for a full-time, experienced Digital Media Specialist (Senior Account Executive or Account Supervisor level – determined based on experience).
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the digital media needs of our clients in the B2C industry. You will help clients and account teams identify and execute the right digital media tactics to achieve their objectives – across Paid Media (including Paid Search, Sponsored Content, Programmatic or Display ads), Paid Social (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok , Pinterest ads), organic Social Media (content creation, community management, and editorial calendar management), and Email Marketing/Lead Generation (includes creating a lead gen form on a client’s website, identifying the target audience, nurturing the leads through a triggered email series, and then following up with re-targeting/other online ads).
The right candidate is a creative and analytical thinker, who loves digging into data, following digital media industry trends, and creatively bringing a campaign to life across all Performance Marketing channels.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Overall:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns across Paid Media and Social Media (organic social media and Paid Social ads)
  • Manage project deadlines and deliverables
  • Share social/digital trends and best practices. Research new platforms to support clients’ business and marketing goals
  • Social Media:
  • Creative: Comfortable setting up and managing creative photoshoots to create net-new content for organic social media campaigns, and seasonal planning (producing new video and images)
  • Content Development: Create and manage daily content/editorial calendar – draft ideas, copy and suggest visuals (video or static images) per channel (ie, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
  • Community Management: Respond to comments, direct messages, and escalate any follower needs as they arise
  • Paid Media:
  • Experienced in setting up new paid media and paid social accounts, launching new campaigns, drafting ad copy, and suggesting imagery to leverage
  • Understand each platform’s nuances and best practices
  • Email Marketing/Lead Generation:
  • Plan, execute and optimize campaign to acquire new leads and nurture those leads through a client’s website (ie, lead gen form), email (triggered emails), and online ads (ie, re-targeting, or paid social lead gen ads)
  • Comfortable with data privacy regulations (ie, GDPR) and understands how to capture personally identifiable information in a safe, secure way (ie, email, first name)
  • Analytics:
  • Monitor paid campaign and social post performance across Paid Media, Social Media, and Email. Optimize based on data-back insights/learnings
  • Monitor and report on performance, helping clients and account teams define and evaluate relevant KPIs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of digital/performance marketing, Paid Media, Social Media, or Email Marketing experience required. Analytics experience preferred but not required.
  • B2C experience in Healthcare industry is preferred, but not required. Healthcare interest is required
  • Proficiency in Google/Facebook/other platforms’ Ads Manager, Hootsuite (or other content scheduling tools), Google Analytics (or other analytics tools), and Email Service Providers is preferred
  • Experience with LinkedIn Marketing Solutions is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work across multiple clients in a fast-paced environment

Work Location: This position will be based in our NYC or NJ office working in a hybrid capacity or can work remote if located in MA.
Salary Range: 70K-110K annually
**Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary bonus and Profit-Sharing Plan, (for VP+ roles), may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered
