Job Description - The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of Primanti Bros. digital marketing activities while finding ways to advance the brand, improve Fan (customer) engagement, and optimize paths to purchase through exceptional digital experiences.

This Digital Marketing Strategist is a member of the marketing team – but works cross functionally with IT, financial analytics, menu development and operations on digital advertising, email strategy, loyalty program, Fan satisfaction, and promotions.

Duties

· Develop short and long-term digital marketing to achieve sales goals.

· Manage day-to-day relationships with digital vendor partners and oversee budgets – leading efforts to improve effectiveness and efficiency of all digital marketing channels, with a focus on growing profitable top line revenue growth by enhancing, innovating, measuring, and optimizing all digital marketing initiatives.

· Collaborating with vendor partners - provide consistent and recurring measurement and analysis of digital marketing programs as well as producing recommendations for optimizations.

· In coordination with the existing marketing team, assist with the FanFare Rewards loyalty program and relationship with Paytronix – with a goal of driving membership, profitable sales growth, traffic, and frequency. Leverage Paytronix’ Data Insights team to identify actionable insights that lead to strategic program development and platform growth.

· In coordination with the existing marketing team, oversee the efficacy and efficiency of supplemental third-party delivery on-platform marketing – including the management of budgets.

· Manage Primanti Bros.’ website – and associated web vendor partners – including CMS updates, landing page creation, location management (SoCi) and ADA compliance (Userway).

· Ensure online menu copy and images are optimized and consistent across all digital ordering platforms. Collaborating with the creative team on assets as needed.

· Provide other marketing support as needed

What You Need to Have

· 3-5 years’ experience managing (and reporting on) web, digital and social strategy.

· Experience managing or working for a digital advertising/marketing agency.

· Excellent organization and written communication skills. The ability to juggle multiple projects, often jumping between creative projects and more process-driven tasks.

· Understanding of customer experience, customer journeys, customer segmentation, testing, and optimization.

· Data driven mindset, always looking to understand customers and results, learn about the business, and stay ahead of trends.

· The desire to hit the ground running and the ability to teach yourself as you go.

· Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, design, analytics, operations) to drive results and execute new initiatives and launches.

· Experience in restaurant or retail industry a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
