Under moderate supervision, creates actionable, high-impact plans that improve data integration, quality, delivery, and reporting for the Marketing Team. Prioritize efforts and specific process improvements by leveraging the latest techniques in data analytics to provide strategic insights. Responsible for ensuring we are targeting an optimized audience and will report goal-related outcomes and present lessons learned for current and future marketing initiatives.
This position can be based out of our San Diego, Alpharetta or Charlotte offices. It can also be based remotely throughout the U.S.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Works with the Marketing and Sales organizations to develop, track, and publish dashboards and reports identifying and highlighting the effectiveness of initiatives, opportunities for improvement, and areas to focus on to boost successes.
- Defines key performance indicators and implements measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge the success of marketing efforts across all channels including email, digital advertising, websites, paid search, SEO, social, blogs, and offline channels.
- Ensures our marketing database (HubSpot) has the highest level of data integrity and is optimally integrated with other systems, tools, and applications utilized within Marketing and Sales.
- Collaborates with Marketing Specialists to strategize and build targeted audience lists for demand generation efforts.
- Develops strategies and tactics to run goal-oriented marketing initiatives that will help nurture, qualify, and generate leads.
- Prepares reports and presents the latest benchmarks, trends, and lessons learned from our initiatives to the Marketing Team and to key stakeholders.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 18 months of digital marketing and/or marketing analytics experience.
- Highly analytical mind that can produce actionable insights through all available analytics and metrics. (Be able to see/tell the story that the data is showing/telling us)
- A collaborative attitude that strives to help our team(s) achieve shared goals and targets.
- Solution-oriented skills that help you identify and utilize the best tools, resources, and processes to maximize results.
What would be nice for you to have:
- Experience with Google Analytics, GA4, BigQuery, and Looker Studio.
- Proficiency with Tableau data visualization.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce.
