SUMMARY
Hogan Lovells is a leading global law firm, providing business-oriented legal advice and high-quality service across its breadth of practices to clients around the world. Our dynamic Marketing & Business Development (M&BD) team is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to serve as a Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator.
The successful candidate will work within the global communications group to contribute to the success of our digital presence as a firm, with a primary focus on our multilingual website – hoganlovells.com. This role will focus on improving and maintaining key metrics of our site in SEO and accessibility, provide best practice advice as it relates to marketing activity on the website, and take a leading role on our migration to Google Analytics 4. The role will also support the wider digital team in website updates where necessary.
We are in the midst of an exciting overhaul to hoganlovells.com over the course of this year and next, and this role will be able to contribute to how our website develops, in order to meet the needs of our audiences. The Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator will also play a small role in user acceptance testing (UAT) for development activities that relate to the website.
The role will work very closely with members of the Digital Marketing and Content teams around the world.
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Liaise with our Marketing & Business Development teams on new campaigns/initiatives for the website, evaluating and rationalising proposals in line with our global digital guidelines
  • Push forward accessibility efforts for our website, ensuring we meet a minimum AA standard across our major web channels, striving for AAA standards wherever possible
  • Take a lead role on SEO initiatives for the firm, contributing heavily to the strategy and its implementation
  • Co-ordinate and contribute heavily to the Google Analytics 4 migration, ensuring its successful transition and the optimal use of website data throughout the organisation
  • Contribute to the build of new website pages as we move through our website overhaul project, utilizing the SxA collection within our content management system, Sitecore
  • Advise business users on digital marketing best practices, particularly as it relates to the above principles
  • Liaise with our Sitecore partner to implement website developments and drive on-going maintenance
  • Undertake general updates to our website when required
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Five (5)+ years of experience working in digital marketing, ideally within a professional services organization
  • Good level of experience in SEO and its implementation within a large, multifaceted digital environment
  • Experience of using Sitecore, or one of the other enterprise content management systems
  • Knowledge of accessibility requirements for websites
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - capable of communicating often technical concepts in a pragmatic and accessible way
  • Experience with online based software and tools
  • Ability to work independently, and be a self-starter, but to also function as part of a wider team
  • Very high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively by planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks with changing deadlines.
  • Must have tact and cross border cultural sensitivity
HOURS
Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Must be flexible to work additional hours.
