Digital Marketing Manager Job at Multi-Tech Systems, Inc
SUMMARY: The Digital Marketing Manager leads the strategy and execution of using our web site and digital marketing tools to promote our products and build and nurture our customer-prospect database.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and develop MultiTech web sites to meet company objectives in user experience and prospect generation. Identify and recommend the tools and technologies that best meet those requirements, act as a project manager in establishing requirements, project planning and execution.
- Leverage current digital marketing tools to drive and influence incoming traffic to MultiTech web sites, including but not limited to SEO, paid search, Account and Intent based marketing, social media.
- Leverage web analytics to make data driven decisions and drive continuous improvement programs in MultiTech's digital marketing.
- Create marketing automation programs to nurture MultiTech prospects with content-driven methods.
- Manage and develop eCommerce tools that meet or exceed leading B2B practices.
- Maintain consistent and appropriate brand messaging across platforms.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong Program Management skills including gathering of requirements and priorities, planning and scheduling
- Experience in B2B Social Media
- Excellent teamwork and communications skills
- The position is based in Mounds View, MN. Remote work with periodic trips to Mounds View as needed for project management and team interaction.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- BS in related field and / or a minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience in marketing.
- 10 years+ in web development
- 5 years+ in eCommerce including integration with business systems
- 5 years+ in web and data analytics
